We will preform a Home Safety consultation for you. A CAPS certified inspector will visit your your home and make recommendations to improve mobility, decrease any fall hazards and improve the overall safety of your home.
Room by Room Plan
You will have a room by room plan of action that can be implemented over time. If this is an emergency situation we can design a critical modification plan that can be quickly started and completed.
CAPS Certified
A Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) is someone who understands the aging-in-place home remodeling market and the technology, tools and resources that are available for seniors to age in place. Individuals with the CAPS designation are trained in the needs of the aging population, common remodeling projects and expenditures, codes and standards, product ideas and resources
